...and blah blah blah.
I never realized how some grown up things can make one feel so...grown up. Anyway, these are two purchases I've made recently that I am super proud of.
JJ hated my old purse. I bought it a couple years ago for about $8 at Target. I'll have to admit, it was very casual and junior high-ish. So here is the new purse:
When I saw these shoes at the store, there was no denying it. I had to own these. I told JJ I was "required" to own them. He was sweet enough to let me purchase them. He gave up a few things so that we had enough money in the budget for me to splurge a little. What a sweet man. And check out these sweet babies:
I wore these to church on Sunday with a pencil skirt. Let me tell you how a-MAZ-ing I looked. I know everyone, men and women, were drooling equally. I received so many compliments. Sorry that picture is a little out of focus. It is hard to take pictures of your own feet from this angle.
I'll fill you in as I continue to update my wardrobe into a grown-up one.
Peace!
