Garden Update

It has been a little over 6 weeks since I planted my garden and I thought that it might be time for an update. First off, I had to put a fence around each garden so the dogs would stop running through them and stomping on the plants. Also, I added a lattice for the viney plants to grow up on. I am numbering the squares to make the description easier to understand.

Box #1
This is the before picture. Starting at the top going clockwise-1. jalapeño plant, 2. nothing, 3. nothing, 4. about 40 onions and a tomato plant.
Now-starting at the top rightish - 1. jalapeño plant, 2. peas, carrots , green beans (this angle you can only see the green beans), 3. bell pepper , zucchini (the little one at the bottom), 4. onions and tomato plant
Here is another angle of the peas, green beans and carrots. Don't know why the picture loaded sideways-sorry. Big ones are the green beans, the grassy looking stuff is the carrots and the other things are peas.
Box #2
This is the first picture right after I planted. Starting at the top right going clockwise-1. watermelon, 2. nothing, 3. strawberry, 4. nothing

Now-starting at the top: 1. watermelon, 2. two little watermelons going up the lattice and two peanut plants, 3. strawberry, 4. three strawberries and one avocado
Box #3

Starting at the bottom going to the top-1. four cucumbers, spearmint, 2. two cucumbers, nine onions, two tomatoes, 3. four tomatoes, 4. two yellow squash, nine onions, bell pepper
Now: 1. four cucumbers, onion, spearmint, 2. two cucumber, nine onions, two tomatoes, 3. four tomatoes, 4. two squash, nine onions, bell pepper
The cucumber leaves are a little wilted because it is so hot but when the sun starts going down, they perk up again. They also might need a little more water.
Here is a back view of the cucumbers and tomatoes.

This is a picture of the squash, onions, and bell pepper since you could not really see them in the other picture. Do you see the little bell pepper?
In the last week and a half to two weeks, the plants have really exploded! I can't wait to get some veggies. This is really easy gardening-anyone can do it! So can you!!!! Try it out!
